TION <br />- - -rM= -_ -_ <br />PROP RTY OWNERS AND TENANTS <br />The City of Eugene asks for your -help in eliminating <br />fire, health and traffic h ards. <br />To ensure the safety and health of Eugene's resi ents, the City enforces <br />Ordinance #18199. This ordinance states that grass, weeds and <br />"obnoxious" vegetation over 10 (ten)"inches high_ on any property or <br />adjoining right -of -way in the City limits must be towed or controlled. <br />Any such vegetation not controlled by the owner, landlord or tenant <br />will be mowed by a city contractor. Please note that legally the City is <br />not required to further notify property owners prior to mowing. The <br />cost will be �harged to the owner, landlord ort�nant. The minimum <br />charge will be $75.00; the total charge may be higher.
