HAMMITT Bob
From:
MEDLIN Johnny R
To:
GREEN Bobby L
Cc:
Hammitt, Bob; Hubbard, Dick
Subject:
Vegetation Complaint regarding 1754 Danebo Street
Date:
Friday, October 28, 1994 2:39PM
Hi Bobby,
Sorry to be the bearer of not so good news but ....
Our vegetation inspector recently received a citizen complaint regarding tall grass in violation of the vegetation
code within the utility easement behind 1754 N. Danebo street. When the inspector looked up this property on
the tax records he discovered that you are listed as the owned of this property. Seeing this, he forwarded this to
me and I decided to contact you directly.
I'm told that recently compliance letters were sent to several properties to the north of yours asking them to cut
the grass in their easement. Even though the risk of fire has been reduced by the recent rains, considering we
have a citizen complaint, to be consistant for all citizens we need to ask you to cut this vegetation as well.
Following our standard procedures you should be receiving one of our generic computer generated vegetation
letters explaining what vegetation maintenance is needed in the easement to meet code requirements. If you
have any questions or need any further information please contact me at 687 -5255.
Thanks
Johnny
Page 1
