I would propose herein that we internally formalize the rates used last year <br />for this upcoming year. Once we have had the program for a year I will be in a <br />better position to substantiate rate changes or to provide documentation <br />supporting the existing rates. <br />I would greatly appreciate you comments on this proposal. <br />THANKS! <br />
