<br />We are going to construct a stormwater CIP project ahead of a planned PEPI development soon. The private contractor <br />may or may not be already on site when we are ready to begin our work. If they are not on site we will need to do some <br />preliminary work including a construction entrance and removal of a couple ROW trees.
