ODOT has prepared the necessary <br /> documentation for FHWA, and included your e -mail as documentation of Eugene Parks and Open Space <br /> Division's concurrence with that determination. FHWA has requested that you provide your concurrence for the <br /> record in the form of a letter on your agency's letterhead (they didn't have a problem with the finding, but wanted <br /> more official documentation of concurrence). Thus, I'd like to request that you send a letter (to Jim) noting your <br /> your concurrence with the de minimis finding (pretty much what is summarized in the e-mail chain below).
