I have reviewed and concur with the recommendations of staff and therefore, based <br /> upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br /> and Administrative Order No. 58- 92 -21, I propose to amend the current Park Rules to provide: <br /> PARK AND OPEN SPACE RULES <br /> 1.000 PARK AND OPEN SPACE AREAS COVERED. <br /> The following rules shall apply to all park property and facilities thereon belonging <br /> to the City of Eugene, including park property and facilities outside the corporate limits of the City <br /> and County parks within the corporate limits of the city, except park property and facilities for which <br /> other specific rules or regulations have been adopted. The following rules also apply to all "open <br /> space" areas. For purposes of these rules, "open space" areas include all natural areas owned or <br /> leased by the City and managed for their natural resource value by the City's Parks and Open Space <br /> Division of the Public Works Department.
