All of the trees are <br />establishing well with the exception of one tree that has been vandalized. See attached photo. Unfortunately this <br />vandalism is not covered under the construction contract and is the City’s responsibility to address. See below <br />email. <br /> <br />Urban Forestry is willing and able to provide a replacement tree, installation, and supplemental watering for 3 <br />years at a nominal cost of $400 if there is funding available. I also wanted to note that Urban Forestry has agreed <br />to provide an additional two years of watering for the existing 26 trees at an unfunded cost of $200 per tree to <br />help ensure the survival of these new assets that were installed as part of the project IGA.
