NOTICE OF INTENDED RULEMAKING <br /> PROPOSED ADOPTION OF RULES FOR GOLDEN GARDENS PARK <br /> IN-WATER DOG TRAINING PERMITS <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Section 2.019 of the <br /> Eugene Code, 1971, and Administrative Order No. 21 -03 -12 of the City Manager of the City of Eugene, <br /> the Executive Director of the Public Works Department of the City of Eugene intends to adopt rules for <br /> in -water dog training permits at Golden Gardens Park. <br /> The proposed rules are necessary in order to maintain park standards that will allow for public <br /> safety and enjoyment of Golden Gardens Park and to protect the health and safety of the dogs doing in- <br /> water dog training at Golden Gardens Park. The proposed rules may be reviewed at the City's Public <br /> Works Department, Administration Division, 101 East Broadway, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401, <br /> during normal hours of operation, or at the City of Eugene's website at http: / /www.eugene- or.gov/ on the <br /> City Recorder's Office page under "Administrative Order." <br /> All persons wishing to comment or object to the amendments must submit their comments or <br /> objections to the City of Eugene Public Works Department, Administration Division, 101 East Broadway, <br /> Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401, in writing, within 15 days of the date of the first publication of this <br /> Notice as indicated below.
