It's not fair that we should <br /> have to deal with this ugly, unsafe structure in our neighborhood for <br /> any length of time, LET ALONE THIS LONG. If anything, it is bringing <br /> down the value of our house! The house has been there for well over TWO <br /> YEARS!!! It's not ethical or legal that Mr. Berg is getting away with <br /> using his lot as a storage facility for this vacated house. I am tired <br /> of looking out my bedroom window every morning and seeing this hideous <br /> structure. The house exudes hazardous conditions and represents a lack <br /> of class which surrounds our neighborhood. Something needs to be done. <br /> The house if not anything else is a fire hazard. If a fire were to <br /> occur from either natural causes or vagrancy it is likely to spread to <br /> my house or onto my neighbors houses. I cannot believe that any route <br /> Mr. Berg takes will be executed in a timely and efficient manner. It's <br /> obvious he has no concern for the well being of my family and my <br /> neighborhood. I cannot understand how his lack of moral responsibility <br /> and his lack of responsibility for city ordinances continues to be <br /> rewarded. I ask for your help and advice in this situation. If you <br /> cannot help us directly it would be greatly appreciated if you could <br /> provide the contact information of someone who might. I would like to <br /> avoid hiring an attorney but will do so without hesitation if nothing <br /> else prevails.
