Allow the University exdusive use of areas "A ", "G ", and "E" for parking <br /> a maximum of 12 times a year for major Stadium events. <br /> University agrees to <br /> 1. Allow use of Autzen parking lot, except during events at the Stadium as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Area "D" for use by Cuthbert Amphitheater events. <br /> b. Area "C" for BMX events. <br /> 2. Share net revenue with City for parking in areas A ", "G ", and "E ". <br /> 3. Clean areas A ", "G ", and "E" after use. <br /> Mutually agreed that <br /> 1. This agreement will be in force for a period of ten years, at which time City <br /> will consider a request for extension. <br /> Option B (Current agreement extended twenty years with addition of <br /> University converting unimproved parking areas to grass usable for parking <br /> during events and cleaning the areas following use) <br /> City agrees to <br /> 1. Allow the University exclusive use of areas A ", "G ", and "E" for parking a <br /> maximum of 12 times a year for major Stadium events. <br /> University agrees to <br /> 1. Plant all of areas A ", "G ", and "E ", excepting the portion shown as <br /> improved parking in the East Alton Baker Park Plan, to grass or other <br /> plant materials that are usable for event parking during the months of <br /> June through November (at an estimated cost of around $150,000). <br /> 2. Allow use of Autzen parking lot except during events at the Stadium as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Area "D" for use by Cuthbert Amphitheater events. <br /> b. Area "C" for BMX events. <br /> 3. Clean areas A ", "G ", and "E" after use. <br /> Mutually agreed that <br /> 1.
