This agreement may be canceled by either party, with written no <br /> :ice <br /> to the prime representatives. A 90 -day grace period will be allowed for <br /> processing necessary paperwork and restoring the FACILITY to its original <br /> condition. <br /> 5. The UNIVERSITY will exercise diligent care for the safety of this <br /> activity. <br /> 6. Each party shall name a prime representative for all contracts and <br /> transmission of information pertaining to this permit and property use hereunder. <br /> The UNIVERSITY's prime representative is Bill Byrne. LESSOR's prime <br /> representative is Ron Hjort.
