• <br /> 16. Allow recreational parking within Autzen Stadium parking lot without charge <br /> � G and upon written notice as provided in paragraph 11 above. No use of this parking shall <br /> be allowed on major event days, unless agreed to by UNIVERSITY. <br /> 17. Reimburse COUNTY for the sewer line assessment in the amount of $5,020.17 <br /> by June 30, 1992. <br /> 18. On a quarterly basis, or more frequently as needed, inform COUNTY of its <br /> schedule of major events in Autzen Stadium. Notice of home football games need not be <br /> provided. Such notice shall be made to the Office of County Administration, 125 East <br /> 8th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97401. The purpose of such notice is so that COUNTY may <br /> inform recreational users of major events so that they may adjust their parking <br /> situation. <br /> MERGER CLAUSE <br /> 20. THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES'THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THERE <br /> ARE NO UNDERSTANDINGS, AGREEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, NOT SPECIFIED <br /> HEREIN REGARDING THIS AGREEMENT. NO AMENDMENT, CONSENT OR WAIVER OF TERMS OF THIS <br /> AGREEMENT SHALL BIND EITHER PARTY UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. ANY <br /> SUCH AMENDMENT, CONSENT OR WAIVER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY IN THE SPECIFIC INSTANCE AND <br /> FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE GIVEN.
