Quarterly meeting: Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural <br />Area of Alton Baker Park <br />July 12, 2007, 6:00 PM <br />Sloat Room of the Atrium Building, Eugene <br />CPC members present: Charlotte Behm, Howie Bonnett, Stephen Cooper, <br />Dennis Ernst, Charlene Larison, Barbara May, Vicky Mello, Sally Nunn, <br />David Sonnichsen <br />CPC excused absences: Jeff Ard, Cora Jones, Andy Peara <br />CPC unexcused absence: Charles Biggs • <br />Park Staff present: Pat French, Lauri Mullen, Carolyn Weiss <br />Audience: Ken Rivernider, former CPC member <br />1. Review and Adjust Agenda <br />There were no adjustments to the agenda. Charlotte Behm volunteered to <br />take minutes in absence of a city recorder. <br />2. Introductions <br />3 Public Comment — none <br />4. Approval of minutes of April 12, 2007. <br />Charlene had a question about the I -5 bridge discussion. <br />Charlotte explained that the plan is that the bridge will include some <br />structural or ornamental treatments above the deck that state "you have <br />arrived somewhere special." <br />The section on Quail Run will be changed per David's comment. <br />The House Bill number will be corrected to #3224. <br />Dennis moved to accept the minutes as corrected, David seconded, <br />passed. <br />5.
