path was now in use and was the main detour path to proceeding under the N Walnut bridge while the <br />paved path on the north bank of the Willamette was not closed. He noted that the detour path suggested by <br />Mr. Biggs had just been replanted by ODOT or their contractors. <br />Mr. Hyde thanked Mr. Sonnichsen for letting him know this work was being done. ODOT had made a <br />commitment to come back to replant and ease out the grade flanking the pavement. <br />10. Old Business <br />None. <br />11. New Business <br />Mr. Cooper distributed a document titled Proposed Amendment to Article III, Section 2 of the Bylaws of <br />the Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area, which addressed a bylaw amendment <br />which would change CPC terms to July 1 through June 30 (from November 1 through October 31). <br />Ms. Brand, seconded by Ms. Larison, moved to support the proposed amendment to Article III, Section 2 <br />of the Bylaws of the Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area of Alton Baker Park. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Andriola left at 7:42 p.m. <br />12.
