MINUTES <br />Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural Area of Alton Baker Park <br />Sloat Room – Atrium Building – 99 W. 10` Ave. <br />Eugene, Oregon <br />July 21, 2011 <br />6 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Steve Cooper, Chair; Jeff Ard, vice - Chair; John Andriola, Charlotte Behm, Kate Fer- <br />schweiler, William Hughes, Charlene Larison, Vicky Mello, Patricia Moore, Elliot McIn- <br />tire, David Sonnichsen, members; Philip Richardson, City of Eugene Parks and Open <br />Space; Greg Hyde, Willamalane Park and Recreation District; Erin Lamb, Nearby Nature; <br />Lee Shoemaker, City of Eugene Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator; Amanda Wheatbush, <br />guest. <br />ABSENT: Theresa Brand, Mary Morrison, members. <br />1. Review and Adjust Agenda <br />Mr. Cooper called the meeting of the Citizen Planning Committee (CPC) for the Whilamut Natural Area <br />(WNA) of Alton Baker Park to order. <br />Mr. Richardson asked that all check the membership list to make sure their information was correct. He <br />(W passed around the membership list. <br />Mr. Cooper announced that Lee Shoemaker from the City of Eugene wished to make a presentation to the <br />CPC. <br />Mr. Shoemaker said he wished to speak about the North Bank Bike Path and the Eugene Bicycle Pede- <br />strian Master Plan (EBPMP). <br />2. Introductions <br />Those present introduced themselves. <br />3. Public Comment <br />There was no member of the public who wished to offer comment. <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Richardson said he had added that Mr. Ard and Mr. Hughes had been excused from <br />the previous meeting. He had made this change to the minutes. <br />Ms. Larison, seconded by Mr. Sonnichsen, moved to approve the April 21, 2011 minutes <br />as corrected.
