The Park Monitoring Plan and associated estimated costs will be reviewed <br />as a component of the Annual Review. Recommendations for revisions <br />will be provided by Parks Planning Staff. <br />Results of the meeting between the Citizen Planning Committee, the <br />University, and City staff will be provided as a component of the report to <br />the Policy Committee. <br />F. Costs. The cost of park monitoring efforts under the IGA and the TDM Plan shall be <br />borne by University. Costs include, City staff time for project planning; Park Host time <br />and materials for monitoring- related work; and photo and computer equipment necessary <br />to conduct the monitoring and provide digital information from the Park Host to City <br />staff. <br />G. Enforcement. If the University fails to comply with the conditions or fulfill its other <br />obligations in the TDM Plan or the IGA, City may give University notice of the failure <br />and a reasonable opportunity to cure the failure of compliance.
