Recommendation: Continue monitoring formation of new trails along the embankment and <br />note locations for possible construction of additional access points. <br />ADDITIONAL IMPACTS <br />15. Park access. The draft Autzen Expansion Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of <br />Eugene and the University of Oregon requires that parking be available for park users. <br />Specifically, the University is to hold six spaces in Lot 9 for event -day use by patrons of East <br />Alton Baker Park. Signage was posted in lot 9 to identify park user parking spaces, and no <br />instances of park users being turned away were reported. <br />Recommendation: The University of Oregon will continue to ensure that access to Lot 9 for <br />park users is available on event days. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
