i� <br />25. Paragraph Headings. The paragraph headings appearing in this Lease are not to be <br />construed as interpretations of the text, but are inserted for convenience and reference of the <br />reader only. <br />26. Entire Agreement. This Lease embodies the entire agreement of the parties relating to <br />WISTEC's occupancy of the Land and is intended to replace the Lease between the parties <br />dated March 1, 1999. There are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations relating to <br />WISTEC's lease of the Land from City other than those contained or referred to herein and <br />this Lease shall supersede all prior Lease communications, representations or agreements, <br />either verbal or written, between the parties.
