The decision made at the conclusion of the meeting was that it would be most expedient for <br />both parties to return to a 20% of GROSS methodology as recommended in Becky Carlson's <br />attached memo. <br />The Science Factory agreed to submit their permit application on this basis and passed the <br />application to me at the conclusion of the meeting.
