Attached is a schematic of the proposed project. The project <br /> would require a combination of City, School District 4J, and Wildish properties. School District 4J <br /> staff and City Parks Planners are in agreement with use of the property. <br /> Allan and his architect have been negotiating with Wildish for that property, and have come to a <br /> stalemate. Wildish simply doesn't want to sell the property, but would consider a swap. To this date <br /> we haven't come up with a suitable parcel to swap. Allan would even consider a long term lease of the <br /> Wildish property to make this project happen. <br /> When we met with Allan several months ago, you said to let you know if you could help facilitate the <br /> project in any manner. I was thinking if you have a relationship with the Wildish family, you might be <br /> able to contact them and encourage them to help us get this property transaction completed.
