HAMMITT Bob
From: WEBER John J
To: HAMMITT Bob
Cc: ETTER John F
Subject: ballfields on Wildish property
Date: Tuesday, September 23, 1997 4:35PM
Bob, at our (John Etter, Terry Smith, and I) meeting with Jim Torrey this afternoon, Jim stated that he
recently (yesterday ?) got word that Wildish would be willing to "sit down and talk" about the property they
own on Coburg Road if the City had something they would want in trade. Jim said he would like to see
what it is that we want, so when he talks with Wildish he will have a better feel for the situation. Can you
get a copy to him of the site plan that Satre Assoc. designed? He said he may have had one sent to him,
but he would not likely be able to find it. I guess the key question Jim will look for the answer to, is what
will Wildish want in trade? -j weber
Page 1
