If City property also property tax exempt. <br /> Control: Board controls and manages facility, but Board selection can be buy owners. <br /> DEVELOPER GOALS <br /> Single use- Women's Fast Pitch Softball <br /> OK, if other public benefit involved. <br /> Year round training and playing <br /> Expose players to game of Women's Fast pitch Softball <br /> OK <br /> Finest Fields between Seattle and Sacramento <br /> Not a slow pitch facility. <br /> OK <br /> OPERATIONS <br /> Operated and Maintained by Coaches' Athletic <br /> Priority Use <br /> 1. ASA, NSA, USSA?, Tournaments - Summer <br /> 2. High School Varsity - Spring (assist in bad weather) <br /> 3.Community Recreational Associations <br /> Training Facility <br /> 7+ months of indoor Clinics, and Practice <br /> All above issues are measure of public benefit. Need to add charitable activities such as <br /> reduced fees or scholarships for public to operations /public benefit statement. <br /> JIM JOHNSON'S ROLE IN DEVELOPMENT <br /> Jim will be able to help us structure any joint agreement with the City of Eugene. <br /> Help us navigate thru the development process with city.. <br /> Operations costs on City Facilities. <br /> Other facilities to observe. <br /> FUNDING <br /> City Funding will be politically pursued by Jim Torrey <br /> May be difficult to get City $ in light ofMeasure 47 but depends on a lot of conditions <br /> More reality in plan the more they can see the vision. <br /> Bob Hammitt can comment on infrastructure $ availability <br />
