All notices under this Agreement shalt be deemed to be properly served if <br /> forwarded by registered or certified mail to the last address previously furnished by the parties <br /> hereto. Lessee shall maximize the use of the complex by other users (such as KidSports) <br /> during the baseball season and during the rest of the year for uses such as soccer. Lessee shall <br /> be responsible for scheduling these uses. <br /> 20. Except as provided in this Agreement, no part of the premises may be assigned, <br /> mortgaged or subleased by Lessee, nor may a right of use of any portion of the pretnises be <br /> conferred on any person voluntarily or , involuntarily by other means, without prior written <br /> consent of Owner.
