Lessee shall have the right to designate, operate, contract for and receive the <br /> revenues from all concessions and products sold within the field complex. Gt ? A" <br /> 174 <br /> 9. Lessee shall have the right to designate, operate, contract for and receive the c;/ "� <br /> revenues from all advertising signs placed on the interior of the field complex. Lessee shall not <br /> erect nor paint any signs on the exterior portion of the premises, without obtaining Owner's <br /> prior written consent. <br /> 10. Lessee shall have the responsibility for the safety of persons and property while <br /> occupying the premises. Owner shall not be liable for any claims or for damages to persons or <br /> property resulting from the act or negligence of any person other than owner. Lessee shall <br /> indemnify Owner against all claims by any person for injury or damage of every nature arising <br /> out of Lessee's use of the premises and parking areas, or any occurrence on the premises and <br /> parking areas, excepting only those based on Owner's own acts or negligence, suffered during <br /> the term of this Agreement. At Lessee's sole cost, Lessee shall defend Owner against any suit <br /> or action arising from such injury or damage and all appeals therefrom and shall satisfy and <br /> discharge any judgment or decree that may be awarded against Owner in such proceeding. <br /> 11. Lessee shall immediately obtain and continuously maintain during the term of this <br /> • <br /> Agreement, Liability insurance in a form and with an insurer satisfactory to Owner.
