Plans for follow up <br /> Pat Farr will act as liaison initially with city staff to present requests by the neighbors and move <br /> projects forward in sequence. <br /> Regular correspondence will occur with the initial group of neighbors who met on September 25 <br /> and other neighbors will be encouraged to provide input regarding safety and recreation improvements. <br /> The Eugene Police Department non - emergency phone number will be forwarded to residents in <br /> the area and neighbors will be encouraged to report any illegal or unsafe activity in the general area as it <br /> is happening. <br /> Notice of subsequent meetings or gatherings to discuss issues and receive updates will be <br /> circulated in the neighborhood. <br /> The meetings and requests made by this group are separate but not in conflict <br /> with the Avalon Village Homeowners' Association. Area neighbors outside of <br /> Avalon Village have provided input and will be encouraged to participate. <br /> Notice of the discussions and requests made will be forwarded to interested <br /> parties, including Bethel School District administration and board and City of <br /> Eugene staff. <br /> 3 <br />
