Date: 03/12/93
From: John Etter CERMJFE - RIS1
To: Chris Andersen CEWACFA - RIS1
cc: Jan Childs CEPLJWC - RIS1
Bob Hammitt CEWMJRH - RIS1
Johnny Medlin CEWMJRM - RIS1
Ken Doud CEWEKRD - RIS1
Walt Haniuk CERMWJH - RIS1
Joe Ferguson CEWEJMF - RIS1
Jim Croteau CEPLJHC - RIS1
Subject: The Gilham Park Trade
One more detail along the path of this trade: Bob Meltebeke does not have
title to the land he proposes to subdivide at this time. If he submits his
application before the trade agreement is signed, Jim Croteau advised me that
they would receive the application if a City representative would sign the
application. Bob Hammitt was suggested at the appropriate person, but Bob
asked me to seek Ken Doud's opinion, which was that you should be the
signatory.
If the subdivision plan is submitted prior to presenting a signed agreement to
the Planning Division, you will be requested to sign the subdivision applica-
tion. If you have questions about the appropriateness of your involvement on
this point you should first touch base with Ken.
