Without the contributions and support like yours, this project would not
have become the success that it is in the short time that it took.
This project is the result of a massive coordination effort involving nine state and
local entities The McKenzie Flyfishers have completed it. The project includes
(1) deeper water for fish, (2) a one of a kind Western Pond Turtle spawning area
and (3) an increase in fishing area for people. We believe this joint recreation/
conservation project will enhance the Delta Ponds useability for both the people
who call Eugene home and the wildlife that call the ponds home.
Again our heart felt thanks for your support.
Sincerely,
Elvin Mace, Conservation Project Chairperson
'x Xz"'.'
Bob Rasmussen, President
cc: John Etter,
Hal Gausman,
Dick Morgan,
Louis Kroek
