Oct. 6, 1993 <br /> Dear Mr. Rhay, <br /> I write to let you know how disturbing it was that our <br /> neighborhood park, Charnel Mulligan Park, not watered <br /> this summer. It is a_simple, small park, and with its usually <br /> beautiful lawns all brown, it was not a pleasant place to be. <br /> Our nark is heavily used, and many people felt the loss of <br /> having a functional park this summer. <br /> I strongly request that Our park be on the list to be <br /> • <br /> watered next summer. <br /> If part of the difficulty was the vandalism to the <br /> sprinkling system, we volunteer to put up a sign letting the <br /> vandals know the consequences of their actions.
