The City will be responsible for removing the existing fence between lots 500 and 501, <br /> approximately 41.86 feet in length, and erecting a new fence along the new boundary line <br /> between lots 500 and 501, approximately 79.55 feet in length. This work is to be <br /> accomplished within 60 days from the effective date the property conveyance. <br /> 6. This land exchange proposal is subject to final approval by the City Manager and the City <br /> Council in accordance with the provisions of the Eugene Code, Real Property Disposal, <br /> Code Section 2.860 through 2.874. Deeds will be exchanged upon completion of this <br /> approval.
