Lane <br /> County <br /> July 29, 1996 <br /> Public Works <br /> City Of Eugene <br /> 777 Pearl St Rm 106 <br /> Eugene OR 97401 <br /> Subject: River Road Improvements. <br /> Map & Tax Lot No: 1704022100500 <br /> Parcel No: 1100 -31 <br /> On July 24, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners certified individual <br /> property assessments relative to recent improvements to River Road from <br /> River Loop #2 to Carthage Avenue. The certified amount of the assessment <br /> that relates to your property is shown on the enclosed page 2 and shall <br /> be due and payable at the Lane County Department of Assessment and <br /> Taxation on or before August 23, 1996. The assessment plus accrued <br /> interest is certified as a priority lien against your real property, <br /> however, this lien shall be noted as discharged upon payment of the <br /> assessment in full. <br /> You may either pay the amount in full with one payment or arrange to <br /> make two payments each year over a ten year period, plus interest, which <br /> will accrue at an interest rate of eleven and one - quarter (11.25) <br /> percent per annum on the unpaid balance. In either case, arrangements <br /> must be made no later than August 23, 1996, which is the date that your <br /> assessment balance will begin accruing interest. Please make your check <br /> payable to Lane County Assessment and Taxation, and mail it to the <br /> address below.
