This edition clarifies items noted by <br /> Linda Norris to Bob Hammitt. In it we have added under the section "Briefing Statement" a paragraphs stating <br /> how we will be communicating decisions to the Ascot neighbors. I understand this was a concern of Paul <br /> Nicholson's. Also there is a clarification that the actual analysis of alternatives is the "attached" memo to Council <br /> titled "Lighted Ballfield Alternatives Analysis ". <br /> We should have a draft of this analysis memo ready for review late this aftemoon. We will send it out for <br /> comments to the same group shown as cc'd above for this memo. Please let me know if anyone should be <br /> added to that group.
