The <br /> attached agreement is the result of negotiations with a private developer /subdivider of land in the <br /> Willakenzie Area. In addition, I have discussed this exchange with Laurie Swanson - Gribskov, <br /> whose ward this is in, and found her to be supportive of this action. <br /> In accordance with Eugene Code Section 2.872 a proposal acceptable to the City Manager must <br /> be presented to the City Council for its consideration.
