The cover memo from Linda to the Council that Russ had prepared that came with the original packet is were the majority of the questions came. The questions I remember that you had involved trying to better explain the sequence of events whereby we were committed to the deal, and the timing of bringing this to Council at this moment, and also, as I recall, you felt a better explanation of exactly what the Council's role was would be helpful.
