There <br /> continues to be agreement amongst those present that the youth park at CY <br /> be designated as a city park, and that the skate bowl, basketball court, <br /> playground, and restroom area at CHS also be designated as a city park_ <br /> Ownership would remain with 4J. 4J ability to limit or stop use on an <br /> emergency basis is described in the existing IGA: This language would <br /> continue or be repeated in the new agreement. <br /> The Mayor indicated that he was in agreement with this proposal. The <br /> Assistant City Manager was at the meeting; he indicated that he would talk <br /> with Jim Johnson. If Jim is in agreement, we will need co develop the <br /> written language to formalize the designation as a city park.
