W R G <br /> D E S 1 G N I N C. <br /> EUGENE ATHLETIC /SPORTS FACILITIES <br /> Primary Team Member Roles <br /> Jon Reimann will act as the principal -in- charge responding to issues and problems <br /> that arise during the course of the project. He will also be in charge of finalizing the <br /> contract for the design services between WRG, the City and the sub - consultants. Jon <br /> will work closely with Jeff and Brian to make sure the project stays on schedule and be <br /> involved in critical decisions on the project that could significantly affect schedule and <br /> cost. <br /> Jeff Simpson will be the main point of contact for the project. Jeff will be charged <br /> with making sure all elements of the project Zink together per the approved schedule <br /> through final acceptance of the project. All coordination and correspondence will go <br /> through Jeff and the WRG office. Jeff will work closely with the School District Project <br /> Coordinator and the City in refining the Schematic Design (SD) and Design <br /> Development (DD) Master Plans. He will also work closely with the John McGuire <br /> participating and incorporating the input received from the User Groups and the <br /> Neighborhood Groups during the SD /DD stage. Jeff will be at the field office 90 to 100 <br /> percent of the time during the SD /DD stage. He will be at the field office 40 to 50 <br /> percent of the time during Construction Administration (CA). <br /> Brian DeHaas will be the project manager for the CD and CA stages of the project. <br /> Brian will make sure that all elements of the CDs are included and formatted in a plan <br /> set that is easy to follow and bid. Brian will also provide technical support during the <br /> SD /DD stage and during all cost estimating, and work closely with Bones Construction <br /> during cost estimating and value engineering. He will be at the field office 30 to 40 <br /> percent of the time during SD /DD and 60 to 90 percent during CD and CA. <br /> John McGuire will take the lead in the neighborhood meetings and user group <br /> meetings during SD /DD as mentioned above. John and TBG will provide the <br /> architectural design and construction administration for the bleachers. John will also <br /> play a key role in providing additional local contact to the School District and the City <br /> throughout the project and especially during the permitting process. <br /> Doug Wournell will be the lead architect for the synthetic turf design and specifications <br /> as well as bleacher and general sport architecture design work. Doug will also assist <br /> WRG with the track and field design elements and relocations. Doug will provide field <br /> inspections during the installation of the synthetic turf fields and track and field work to <br /> assure that construction is meeting the plans and specifications. <br /> Stephan Rose will work closely with the user groups, School District, and City in <br /> developing the SD /DD design of the skateboard parks.
