The District's rental rates shall apply to the natural turf soccer, football, <br /> softball, and baseball fields that are part of the Youth Sports Complexes. District or City <br /> sponsored events will not be charged. The City will participate on a consensus basis with <br /> decision - making for setting District rental rates for the above fields.
