The following is a summary of the conversations I shared with your <br /> firms with regard to the presentation requirements for the interview. We would like to hear the most from the people <br /> who will work directly with us the most. <br /> 1. Not more than 30 minutes. <br /> 2. Description/discussion of recent project(s) performed by your firm that most closely compare with the <br /> components of the District/City's project. <br /> 3. Description/discussion of your proposed approach to this project, including, but not limited to: <br /> a. Programming <br /> b. Budget <br /> c. Schedule <br /> d. Clarification and specificity of the roles and responsibilities of your proposed team members, <br /> including a statement of the time commitment to this project and other projects occurring during <br /> the same time period. <br /> Directions: I5 to I105 (west) to W6th St Exit (be in right lane). Take first right (Madison) - north - approximately 6 <br /> blocks until Madison dead ends at the District's administrative offices at 200 N. Monroe.
