The <br /> preliminary agenda is to: <br /> 1. Update the group on negotiations with the City and community groups <br /> with regard to combined youth sports complexes and District athletic <br /> fields. We have been looking at several options which might result in four <br /> District fields. <br /> 2. Hear from the schools and community members about your current <br /> thinking, concerns, etc. <br /> 3. Discuss funding, fund - raising, schedules, etc. <br /> 4. Discuss next steps with regard to design and construction. <br /> 5. Arrange for follow -up communication. <br /> 6.
