(City, 4J, and Users) <br /> The City and District will both carry adequate liability and property damage insurance. Both <br /> parties will indemnify each other against their negligence and claims resulting from negligence. <br /> Insurance requirements will be established for user groups. <br /> Damage. The Committee (shall recommend standards) shall establish standards and reasonable <br /> protections for ensuring that the potential for misuse and damage be minimized and that the cost <br /> of repair for damage, if any, will be reasonably and responsibly addressed. ✓‘ <br /> Development of Complexes. 4J shall be responsible for the develo nt d construction of <br /> the facilities at SHS and CHS. (What about the work at CYMS 4J will ensure that <br /> the City (and Users) will be actively involved in the decision - making process, especially with <br /> regard to design, through an Advisory Committee of key users. The Advisory Committee will <br /> meet at least monthly during the design process. A Policy Committee of the City Manager or <br /> designee, City Public Works Director, 4J Superintendent and/or Deputy Superintendent and 4J <br /> Facilities Director will meet as needed to ensure that the development is compatible with City <br /> and District goals. A Steering Committee of Andrea Riner, Jeff Langston, Bill Hirsh, Ron c ,. :)V0 ° <br /> Sanetel , and Jim Denker will meet approximately weekly to actively guide the development. <br /> The City will supply the project development effort with a full time project manager, be <br /> stationed at the District's FM offices. The project manager will work within the FM tea . <br /> Contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, etc., will be held by 4J. Contracts for labor and <br /> materials will request a break -down at the time of bid of the separation of District and City <br /> components. Billings will be made against these components. For billing purposes, consultant <br /> contracts will be separated into two components as well. The project manager and 4J staff will <br /> authorize all invoices for payment, and will prepare billings to the City from 4J based on the <br />
