At the subject entrance, Gonyea Road is a two- <br /> way, four -lane arterial with a bike lane. Once on the subject, <br /> I this access is partially improved with gravel. The access <br /> makes a loop through the center of the subject property <br /> briefly touching the portion that the city is considering <br /> purchasing and re- connects with the start of the access near <br /> " Lane Community College.
