Check light strings, repair wiring and replace inop bulbs. DEI owns 29 <br /> light strings. They are currently being stored by the City. There is no <br /> reason why DEI should not store them themselves and check them out prior <br /> to stringing. If we do it, it will take approx. 8 hrs. <br /> 2. Assist electrician - Beacon has done the work in the past. 1 person - 8hrs <br /> 3. Install fencing around tree. The City owns the fence. 6 hrs. <br /> 4. Remove fencing - 5 hrs. <br /> 5. Assist in removal of lights and tree - 8 hrs. Again, DEI should be respon- <br /> sible for the lights. That would reduce City time by approx. 4 hrs. <br /> Depending on what responsibilities DEI picks up, City overtime hours would be <br /> 20 - 35 hrs. <br />
