I'm not sure how much you know about this but a few years ago Mr. Shirley bought an acre and a <br /> half of property in South Eugene from ODOT for $120,000 which he turned around and gave to the city for the purpose of <br /> making a Prefontaine something or other. As soon as the property was paid off there were a few things that were <br /> supposed to happen, i.e., parking structure built. Mr. Shirley had a stroke and an anonymous donor (Phil Knight) paid the <br /> property off for Mr. Shirley a year and a half ago. <br /> I called Glen because I remember Glen as being one that worked on this. Glen said that you would be able to help. <br /> I would like to hand this off to you and have you call Mr. Shirley back. He lives in Portland but is in Eugene through this <br /> weekend.
