Along with the agreement, the funds in the amount of <br /> $121,905.37 were received from Phil Knight and in turn the City forwarded a check in the same amount to ODOT. <br /> We received the deed for the remainder of the entire property from ODOT in today's mail and I forwarded it to the <br /> City Recorder's Office for recording. When I receive a copy the recorded document back from the CRO I will <br /> forward a copy to Paul Kelly, Phil Knight's General Counsel, per his request. <br /> Valerie said Jim C. had inquired as to status of donation, transfer, and acknowledgement to Phil Knight.
