Kelly <br /> 1120 Jacobs Drive Apt. 52 <br /> Eugene, OR. 97402 <br /> Subject: RFP to Move Surplus Structures at 3865 Royal Avenue. <br /> Dear Mary, <br /> This letter is to follow up our telephone conversations of April 4, 1995 and April 10, <br /> 1995 in which we discussed your response to the above - referenced RFP. I wanted to <br /> formalize the City's position on the possibility of awarding to you the surplus structures <br /> at 3865 Royal Avenue. Since you were the sole bidder, we have some flexibility but the <br /> following are minimum conditions we feel would be needed in place to allow us to <br /> award. <br /> 1. If this house and garage /shop are awarded to you, your request to be allowed to <br /> remove the existing shrubbery and landscaping would be granted. <br /> 2. Your timeline for full completion of the removal and cleanup of 180 days from the <br /> date of award is acceptable. <br /> 3. You will need to show you have legal possession of, or the clear ability to obtain, <br /> a parcel of land, correctly zoned, for these structures. <br /> 4. You will need to show you have a signed agreement with a contractor who <br /> performs house moving for the movement of this house to the site identified in <br /> condition #3 above. <br /> 5. You will need to show proof of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance as <br /> required in the RFP . <br /> The City is willing to hold the award of this contract to remove the surplus structures for <br /> a maximum of 60 days from the date of this letter to enable you to meet the conditions <br /> outlined above.
