Kelley (Buyer) <br /> CONTRACT NO.: RFP# 95 -0109 <br /> EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE: June 15, 1995 In Laserfiche <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Buyer agrees to Purchase and Relocate Surplus Residential Dwelling and detached one <br /> car garage /workshop and associated vegetation located at 3865 Royal Avenue, Eugene, <br /> OR, and shall obtain all licenses, permits, certifications, bonds or other authorization <br /> required by Federal, State or local law or regulations to complete the move. <br /> B. City is the owner of the surplus house and garage /shop (the "Structure "), located at 3865 <br /> Royal Avenue in the city of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br /> C. Buyer has represented that she is qualified to perform the services required hereunder and <br /> desires to enter into this contract with City on the terms set forth below. <br /> D. Buyer assumes no liability for the Storage Shed which is to remain on the property located <br /> at 3865 Royal Avenue. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Engagement. City hereby engages Buyer to perform the services described in the <br /> attached Exhibit C (the "Services "), and Buyer agrees to perform the Services according to <br /> the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the following exhibits: <br /> Exhibit A - City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br /> Exhibit B - Not used <br /> Exhibit C - Description and Schedule of Services (RFP #95 -0109 Bid Form) <br /> 2. The Structure. City shall have the right at all times during the term of this contract to <br /> access the structure, as long as it remains on public property, as City determines is <br /> necessary or appropriate for any lawful purpose. <br /> 3.
