Pesticides currently stored on site (verify storage requirements and separations) Can some of this be
stored off -site or delivered on an as need basis:
Roundup 2.5 gals.
MCPA 2.5 gals.
Funginex 1 gal.
Polysul 15 gals.
Champ(copper) 2.5 gals.
Devrinol 150 lbs.
Casoron 50Ibs.
Snapshot 500Ibs.
Based upon the quantity of materials listed above and required storage requirements, I have some concern
that the space allocation is not adequate. This will need to be verified.
I propose the following course of action at this point:
1. Review proposed space allocation and quantities of stored items with appropriate staff.
2. Establish meeting with appropriate staff (selected by Johnny) to review, discuss and agree upon:
a. Quantities and types of stored materials
b. Basic space needs and siting requirements (to be verified by the architect)
c. Discuss budget and funding source
d. Establish initial project implementation schedule (discuss schedule for moving plants)
e. Discuss selection process for architect
f. Assign specific tasks where appropriate
g. Establish user group meeting schedule
Page 2
