Dee has been instructed to talk to the staff about <br /> securing the building while they are out in the garden working. The staff is not purposely running the <br /> water or leaving the doors open while they are out working. The case in point probably indicates that <br /> someone went into the building while they were out working and turned on the water and opened the <br /> doors. Thus the need for staff to ensure that the building is secured while they are out working. The <br /> water report that I receive actually shows a decrease from the budget projections. It would be helpful to <br /> receive both water and electricity reports on a regular monthly basis so that we could monitor the usage as <br /> we did in the past! RAM <br /> Page 1 <br />
