A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be <br /> Experience: <br /> Three years of experience in garden maintenance or nursery trade. <br /> Training: <br /> Two years of college or vocational training in horticulture. <br /> License or Certificate <br /> Pesticide Applicator's License. <br /> Valid Oregon State driver's license. <br />
