2. You must provide at least 10 days advance notice to the rose garden staff if your are <br /> going to have food vendors as part of the event. Food vendors must provide a certificate of <br /> insurance naming the City as additional insured. Staff should provide information about <br /> access to potable water, waste water dumping, and garbage dumpsters. <br /> 3. You must confirm the final schedule for the event and the opening reception with the <br /> rose garden staff and Dee Grissell. In our conversation, you said you have tentatively <br /> planned to add an opening reception Friday, June 4, from 5 -7:30 p.m. <br /> As event producer, you will be responsible for: <br /> 1. Payment of the park use fee of $100 per day, a $25 one -time Special Event Permit <br /> fee, and the fee for the certificate of insurance for $130 prior to the event. The Park Use <br /> and Permit fees can be paid at Public Works Maintenance, 1820 Roosevelt, and the insurance <br /> fee can be paid through me. <br /> 2. Security as needed to satisfy the concerns of the City and the artists. <br /> 3. Two portable toilets to be located at the direction of Rose Garden staff. One toilet <br /> must be accessible to people with disabilities. <br /> 4. Repair of all damages to the park that exceed the normal damage that is caused by an <br /> event of this scope, but would include damages caused by neglect or abuse caused by the <br /> artists and vendors. <br /> 5.
