•
7/15/04 While filling up my wading pool, a man (about 40 years old) took off his
shoes and walked through it. I explained that the pool was not yet open to
the public and he asked me (I could not understand anything he said until
the 3r or 4 time he said it, there was obvious intoxication or drug use) if I
knew who built the park, I said no. He said that he did while he was in
prison. He then walked away but came through to wade later that
afternoon.
7/19/04 The teen who harassed and threatened me on 6/30/04 returned to the park,
but remained out far enough away and quiet enough that I did not want to
risk calling the police and him or his friends retaliating later. He did
nothing out noticeable and left at 5pm.
7/20/04 3 men (30 -40 years old) were observed openly drinking in front of
children on the other side of the park. It was not worth the risk to confront
them so no action was taken. They posed no immediate threat to the kids
or me and were just sitting there, but it was best to not make more enemies
then I already have.
